Yes. Alhaad Track & Transport is a PTA-approved company. PTA stands for Pakistan Telecommunication Authority. Contact our team if you would like more information about our approval.
How do I choose a tracker?
Contact us with your vehicle type, fleet size and the information you need. Device availability and compatibility will be confirmed before you order.
Can I use a tracker I already own?
Share the device manufacturer and model with us so we can check platform compatibility. Please do not send account passwords or access credentials.
How do I set up my device?
Setup depends on the tracker model and its connection settings. Contact support with your model details for the appropriate instructions.
Where do I log in?
Existing customers can access the tracking platform at live.alhaadtrack.com using their account credentials.
Are all features available on every device?
No. Location updates, journeys, geofencing and other functions depend on the hardware, connection and service configuration. Confirm the features you need with us.
